A well established international retail group handling one of the biggest luxury fashion brands across the globe is looking to hire a General Manager to oversee the retail operation in Dubai, UAE. As the General Manager, you will be overseeing the brands performance within the GCC region. You will be working closely with the branch managers to ensure that the brands retail standards are met and optimised. Alongside this, you are expected to build strong relationships with the brands Regional Managers, Area Managers and Head Office functions. The role will also involve weekly monitoring of sales performance and sales planning for events. The General Manager is also expected to effectively communicate the company policies to the employees and ensure that they are being followed.
