Role Purpose<br/><br/>NEOM will be an accelerator of human progress and key to this will be the development of its people. NEOM will also create a place where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can train to fulfil their potential.
This important role will support the initial roll out and ongoing management of the Talent Academy s Individual Learner Record (ILR) system. This system is designed to capture all vocational learning delivered by NEOM authority licensed training providers.

The successful candidate will be empowered to roll out additional system functionality and system integration; working with NEOM Specialist Academies and the Talent Academy delivery team to find opportunities for the workforce of NEOM to gain maximum benefits from this system.<br/><br/>Key Accountabilities<br/><br/>Planning & strategy
• Develop and own the technical and user experience roadmap for the Talent Academy Learner Record system - to deliver a great user experience.
• Continuously review and look for opportunities to improve and develop the system; investigating and rolling out new functionality where appropriate, working with technology, information management and other stakeholders to bring this to fruition.
• In conjunction with the Talent Academy Management team establish a clear communication strategy to ensure NEOM training providers have a clear understanding and knowledge of the Individual Learning record system.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and research in data analytics, systems design, use of AI and other relevant methodologies, to ensure that the ILR supports these approaches where applicable.
Operational Support Duties
• Be accountable for the day to day running of the Talent Academy Learner record.
• Manage the development and upkeep of training and documentation resources and develop overall strategy for knowledge base information regarding the Talent Academy Learner Record
• In conjunction with the Talent Academy Management team establish a clear communication strategy to ensure NEOM Training Providers have a clear understanding and knowledge of the Learner Record
• Provide senior managers with information, analysis, and reporting from the Learner Record .
• Recruit & manage the Talent Academy LMS support function.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Data Analytics Power BI desirable.
• Systems design.
• Database Management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and act on internal and external reports and data.

Qualifications
• Level 5 Learning and Development Qualification or equivalent experience.
• 5yrs + experience in the day-to-day management and development of a management information system and associated support functions.<br/><br/>Company Industry
