Sales Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with banks to establish and maintain strong relationships, focusing on referrals and processing associated paperwork efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment with bank partners' and merchant requirements.
  • Actively participate in inbound sales activities, responding to inquiries, providing information, and guiding potential clients through the sales process.
  • Utilize training resources to gain in-depth knowledge of noon payments capabilities and effectively communicate these to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer information
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Business Administration
  • Two (2)+ years experience in a sales-related role
  • Competent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Preferred Technology or Finance experience.
