Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • Well spoken in English, any other language is a plus such as Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, German, Etc.
  • It's not mandatory to have a valid UAE driver's license and RERA, but having them is a plus.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Manage property Resale.
  • Develop networks and cooperate with developers and landlords.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Important Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate market.
