As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

1. Use e-commerce expertise to assist customers and manage online orders efficiently.

2. Process, track, and fulfill orders promptly, ensuring accuracy.

3. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve any issues or delays.

4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate effectively with customers about order status.

5. Improve order management processes and optimize efficiency.



Skills

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

2. Proficiency in working with Shopify or similar retail software service, including inventory management and order processing.

3. Advanced English writing and speaking skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

4. Genuine passion for customer satisfaction with a demonstrated track record of going above and beyond to meet customer needs.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. High level of professionalism, integrity, and sincerity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
