ERP Sales Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Consultant to join our team and drive sales revenue through proactive client engagement and solution-focused selling.

Job Description:

● Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

● Conduct thorough needs analysis and solution discovery to understand client pain points and business requirements.

● Articulate the value proposition of our ERP solutions and demonstrate how they address specific client challenges.

● Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and solution architects, to customize and configure ERP solutions to meet client needs.

● Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, including C-level executives and department heads.

● Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource throughout the sales process and beyond.

● Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close deals in a timely manner.

● Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our ERP solutions in the marketplace.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline forecasts in CRM system.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

● Proven track record of success in ERP software sales or related technology sales role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

● Strong understanding of ERP concepts, processes, and functionality.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
