A rapidly growing retail business in the UAE is currently looking for a Training Manager to join their dynamic HR team in Dubai. As the Training Manager, you will handle the following responsibilities: * Identify training and development needs within the retailing division * Design and develop training and development programs that meet the business and individual employees needs * Ensure that all training programs are within budget and in line with company objectives * Conduct evaluation of all training and development programs * Tackle specific training programs with the support of line managers The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications: * At least 5-7 years of training management experience * Minimum of 2 years training experience within retail * Diploma, Associate Degree level of education or equivalent * Excellent knowledge of learning and evaluation theories, techniques and design solutions * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Strong presentation skills This is an exciting opportunity with a guaranteed competitive and tax-free salary package that awaits the successful candidate.
