We are seeking Service Engineer with A background in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to join our team. The service Engineer will have the responsibilities of diagnosing, Servicing/ overhauling Vacuum pumps, systems, compressors, LRVPs for our clients across GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections, installations and commissioning of vacuum pumps, systems both on site & in-house workshop.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control system issues related to vacuum pumps, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance task according to production guidelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales & on visit with the customers.

• Should have knowledge of Medical Gas Pipe Line system experience in service
• Proven experience working as Service Engineer or in similar technical role preferably in the vacuum pump or related industry.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently or as a part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting vacuum pumps, systems (like leak detection, performance analysis).
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites for service visit, installations and training sessions across GCC
• Valid driving license of UAE
