Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage B2B partner relationships, achieving revenue targets, and meeting performance departmental and corporate KPIs objectives.
- Ensure that partners understand and appreciate the full value of our company's products while driving partner retention.
- Ensure CRM systems are optimized to effectively serve partners and the company, maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner information as the single source of truth.
- Regularly report assigned partner sales and business targets to the line manager, reviewing actual versus targets, and defining expected completion in consultation with finance on a quarterly basis.
- Suggest market and product strategies to the line manager for increasing adoption, product penetration, and cross-sales opportunities.
