As the Director of Operations, your role will involve overseeing the efficient operational management of the hotel to ensure that operational heads of departments achieve and surpass revenue and guest satisfaction targets. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide effective leadership to the hotel's F&D team and staff to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• Address audits conducted by the company or local authorities to ensure continuous improvement.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate the service delivery of the full F&D and certain operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure operational costs are controlled and regularly analyze results to identify and address problem areas.
• Manage and develop respective heads of departments to facilitate career progression and effective succession planning.
• Solicit and respond to guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction in the F&D department.
• Ensure compliance with and exceed hotel and company service standards.
• Deputize in the absence of the General Manager across all operational departments.

A Director of Operations serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• An established Food & Beverage Leader with a robust background in luxury, international settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of operational environments, preferably with experience in luxury food and beverage operations at a resort in the UAE/GCC region.
• Proven ability to deliver innovative commercial opportunities and increase profitability for the F&D department.
• Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve high performance and exceed targets.
• In-depth operational knowledge from a people/leadership perspective; the Director of Operations needs to be actively involved and lead from the forefront.
• Exceptional talent retention and people leadership skills, capable of unifying a team on a journey while instilling Hilton culture and values.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to foster networks and relationships with owners, contractors, and corporates – must maintain high visibility.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving high Stay Experience scores.
• Excellent communication abilities, passionate about networking, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and another European languages is mandatory
