Our client is a leading Insurance company. They are now looking for a Assistant Commercial Underwriter to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support/guidance to clients and brokers for any queries
- Accurately process all associated data and accounting policy information in the core systems and prepare documentation for client/broker (new/renewal/ endorsement/ invoices/ certificate)
- Maintain a clear tracking sheets to proper follow ups with all parties and to maintain the standard customers service as per company SLA’s and guidelines
- Report and escalate any subject which needs intervention from the direct manager to maintain the SLAs with UAE clients and brokers
- Coordinate and execute timely production of designated policies and ensure the accuracy of the documents in line with the customer/broker agreements

Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- One-year underwriting experience within the insurance industry
