Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services effectively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotional activities.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress against targets and providing regular updates to management.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products/services and expand our network.

Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.


Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering value to clients.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.

Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
