Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Provide general support to visitors, clients, and employees as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and office equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
