We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, provide guidance and advice, and negotiate deals on their behalf. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring smooth transactions.
  2. Conduct market research to determine property values and provide clients with accurate information.
  3. List and advertise properties for sale or rent on various platforms.
  4. Show properties to potential buyers or tenants and answer any questions they may have.
  5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the terms.
  6. Prepare and present contracts, offers, and other necessary documents.
  7. Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends and changes.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients throughout the buying or renting process.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
  2. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current property laws and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Proven track record of successful sales and satisfied clients.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
  7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  8. Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
  9. Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle.
