Client Relationship Manager / Property Consultant

Are you passionate about real estate and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment? We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Property Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting clients with their ideal properties, leveraging your expertise in the Dubai real estate market to facilitate successful transactions and exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, including property investors, buyers, and tenants.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify lucrative investment opportunities and properties matching clients' criteria.
  • Proactively prospect for new business through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment strategies.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and property regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales support, to maximize business opportunities and streamline processes.





Skills


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or property consultancy, preferably in the Dubai market.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for client management and lead tracking.
  • RERA certification or equivalent real estate license is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
