Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Maintain a positive work environment
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members as required
Facilitate event planning – Birthday Parties camps, playdates, school trips, pyjama parties, etc.
Establish good working relationships internally and externally
Provide training and guidance to team members
Co-ordinate and communicate with the Training manager to ensure that all team members undergo regular training
Actively participate in all internal/external training required for the job
Stay aware of market trends and monitor what local competitors are doing
Always create schedules for adequate and efficient staffing
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
Proactively build and maintain customer relationships
Promoting the company locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers, and the community in general
