Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential Clients through various sales channels including personal networking, Daily Cold Calling and personal referrals.
  • Assist clients in evaluating properties and tackle their needs by conducting client surveys
  • Creating the need for non-potential leads through various sales channels
  • Efficiently guide clients through the whole process of buying, selling or renting their properties including presenting potential offers and giving the most accurate information possible on the market
  • Stay up to date with daily and monthly market trends based on the project working on
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after sale service to the clients
  • Close deals efficiently managing to tackle all client needs


Skills

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record of success in UAE Real Estate Market
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle business pressures
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in paper work and documentation
  • UAE Driving license (Preferred)
  • OWN VISA (MUST)
  • Fluent English Speaker (MUST)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and Real estate platforms
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
