Administrative Secretary

  • Handle all communication channels of the organization in a fluent and efficient manner.
  • Make Inquiries, quotations & and other related works.
  • Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
  • Communicate fluently in telephonic conversations by adhering to organizational ethics and protocols.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to intended departments.
  • Must have UAE experience.
  • Preferably with experience in Steel Fabrication but not a must.
  • Currently residing in UAE only can apply.

Skills

  • Fluent in portraying an exemplary command of communication skills to exchange accurate information effectively.
  • Good command of team collaboration and listening skills to maintain a friendly work atmosphere.
  • Computer literate in all MS Office software.
  • Patient, supportive and team worker
  • Must be well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
