Responsibilities:

  • Deliver High-Quality Training:
  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions in Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Management at the bachelor's degree level.
  • Course Development:
  • Create comprehensive course outlines and develop relevant materials to facilitate effective learning experiences.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
  • Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring a smooth and efficient online learning environment for students.
  • Assignment Review and Grading:
  • Evaluate and grade student assignments promptly, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Industrial Visits:
  • Plan, organize, and execute industrial visits to provide students with real-world exposure and practical insights.
  • Student Engagement Activities:
  • Develop and conduct activities to enhance student engagement, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Fluent in English:
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
  • Emotional Intelligence:
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence to effectively connect with students and colleagues.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative tasks related to training delivery, attendance tracking, and reporting.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
