As a Sales Coordinator at Ceenex, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to coordinating various sales-related activities.
- Experience working in multi-national customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Make cold calls for generating new business leads.
- Provide support to the Sales Managers by assisting with the preparations of new business proposals.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and other relevant documentation.
- Arrange meetings with senior management for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requirements and resolve issues promptly.
2. Customer Interaction:
- Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, ensuring prompt response to inquiries and addressing customer needs.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
3. Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide valuable insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making.
4. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and market information.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree holders (BBA/MBA - in Marketing Specialization)
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar Sales Coordinator role in the UAE.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills.
The candidate should have a high level of self-confidence and a strong personality.
