A UAE based Systems solution provider in the Architectural, glazing, Outdoor shading, Interior shading and Acoustic solutions is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of General Manager.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments within the organization.

Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

Oversee all aspects of operations, including projects, production, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Manage and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Commercial skills in generating leads, closing projects, risk assessment, contracts management, etc,

Previous experience in a management position is a must.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in the Aluminum/Glazing industry, with a proven track record of success.

Strong acumen for commercials, including sales, pricing, and contract negotiation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
