Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software applications.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Ensure security measures are in place to protect data and systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Conduct regular system audits to assess performance, identify vulnerabilities, and implement solutions for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide technical assistance and guidance.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend IT solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
