Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Dubai real estate

Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms of sale or rental agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid UAE driving license is plus.
