Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their real estate needs.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Conduct property presentations and negotiations to close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting properties.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Internship or entry-level experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
