• Define the scope and budget of the project, based on the client's needs, preferences, and expectations
• Create and develop the design concept for the project, either independently or in collaboration with other designers. The design concept should reflect the client's vision, style, and brand, as well as the functional and technical requirements of the space. 
• Responsible for coordinating and supervising the implementation of the project, from procurement to installation
• Ensure the successful completion and evaluation of the project, according to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline

Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in interior industry
• Qualification - bachelor's degree or in interior design, architecture, or a related field, as well as having a professional certification or license in interior design, project management etc
• Proficient in various design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit etc
• Should also have knowledge of interior design principles, trends, and standards as well as building codes, regulations, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills both verbal and written are necessary.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a client-oriented and results-driven mindset Flexibility and adaptability with the capacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines and changes is important.
