  • Handle all internal and external inquiries and carry out administrative activities of the front office
  • Answering and routing calls to the various relevant team members
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Taking care of clients when they visit or call the office
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
