Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations, team performance, and profitability of the 3 Studios ( Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Doha,Qatar)
- Manage a large team of 80+ employees, including remote staff
- Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence; operations and reports wise.
- Foster a positive, empathetic work culture while delivering on business targets
Qualifications:
- Open to European nationals
- Female, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in the similar role
- At least 2 years of experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager roles within reputable brands in Hospitality/Aesthetics clinics
