• Diagnostic Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current operations to facilitate the establishment of the production line.
• Supervision of Manufacturing and Shipping: This involves providing complete oversight of the manufacturing and shipping processes undertaken by the production line manufacturer.
• Quality and Quantity Controlling: Quality should be controlled by the Production line manufacturer and order's quantity should be ready on time.
• Cost Controlling: Production manager should have basic knowledge of accounts for controlling cost.

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event production management.
• Strong knowledge of all types of materials and ability to recommend the most suitable
• Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale orders under tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, logistics, and supplier management skills.
• Expertise in budget control and cost management.
• Strong focus on safety, risk mitigation, and compliance with safety standards.
