One of the leading retail Conglomerate & Ecommerce giant is searching for a high caliber Brand Marketing Manager.
The responsibilities are as follows-:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for the execution of all brand strategies and initiatives. The role combines creativity with analytics to enhance brand visibility, drive customer loyalty, and ultimately, increase sales. This position works closely with buying, planning, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy & Positioning: o Implement the overall brand strategy to enhance the company’s position in the market.
o Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
o Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
o Articulate the unique selling proposition (USP) of the brand to communicate effectively with target audiences.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution: o Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of brand campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships. o Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling, innovative campaigns that resonate with the brand’s target market. o Work with creative teams (designers, photographers, videographers) to produce visually impactful content that aligns with the brand’s voice and identity.
3. E-commerce Strategy & Management: o Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure that the brand message is consistently conveyed across the website, product listings, and user experience. o Optimize the online shopping experience to enhance conversion rates, average order values, and customer retention. o Drive product storytelling through detailed descriptions, lifestyle imagery, and other online content to increase engagement and sales
. 4. Customer Insights & Community Engagement: o Monitor customer feedback and trends to refine brand positioning and improve customer satisfaction. o Foster community engagement by creating brand-driven content, influencer partnerships, and user generated content campaigns.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work closely with buying, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure that product offerings align with brand values and customer demand.
6. Budgeting & Reporting: o Develop and manage the brand marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources. o Provide regular performance reports, KPIs, and analysis to senior management on brand health and campaign effectiveness. o Track and optimize the ROI of brand-related initiatives, ensuring the company’s investment in brand marketing generates measurable business outcomes.
Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in the fast fashion or retail industry.
