The role is pivotal in building the brand and rapidly scaling user acquisition to support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Craft a compelling brand strategy, including defining style guides, brand guidelines, vision, and value proposition for short- and long-term goals.
• Manage and allocate a substantial marketing budget across traditional and digital (SEO, SEM, ASO, Social Media) channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Oversee agency relationships to ensure performance targets and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with founders, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
• 5-10 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in tech startups
• Proven track record of driving rapid user acquisition and scaling growth.
• Expertise in managing large marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
• Strong leadership and agency management skills.
