  • Carry out relevant duties of managing incoming and outgoing calls as per the assigned schedule.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • provide information to the customer about our products and create lead using proper lead type.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by improving the number of connections using pleasant and informative conversations.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time.

Skills

  • Prior exposure to working in a call center or customer service support profile.
  • Efficient in communicating clearly with the caller by following appropriate telephonic etiquette.
  • Showing high efficiency along with handling several tasks in the daily routine.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Refined communication skills with an ability to persuade customers.
  • Portraying a positive outlook towards suggestions from the management related to required improvements.
