Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Assist the sales team with preparation of proposals& quotes
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Handle data entry, sales reports, and documentation.
2. Customer Coordination:
Serve as the point of contact for clients with queries about orders, deliveries, and services.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
3. Sales Process Optimization:
Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Creative, Marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
4. Team Collaboration:
Assist in organizing sales meetings and presentations.
Share relevant sales data and insights to aid team strategy.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven 2+years of experience as sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
