  • Develops and monitors operating and grant budgets; monitors and oversees

expenditures.

• Prepares daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports to Fiker Institute HQ; maintains

and analyzes operating statistics; updates programs to continually improve services.

• Develops plans for the future growth of the space, including new programs and services

• Oversees acquisition of new materials including books and databases.

• Oversee, coordinate, and organize high-level Events.

• Be the face of the space and make sure visitors are welcomed.

• Lead the management of projects for all initiatives of the event space.

• Management responsibilities include overseeing staff including the associate, assistant,

and operation staff (4+ people reporting to the Project Manager)

• Administrative tasks including staff shifts, and all day to day management and

operations of the staff and space

• Any other venue-related task as it arises and is required by HQ
