Job description:
Require only UAE Experienced Personnel in Sales/Operations leadership, market knowledge in hygiene and cleaning products, and excellent interpersonal skills to lead teams and build customer relationships effectively.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration/Marketing, or a related field
- Certifications in the related field will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Leadership role in sales or business development in the UAE for atleast 10 years .
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hygiene, cleaning, or facility management sectors.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably selling hygiene products, cleaning solutions, or industrial services.
- Familiarity with key accounts management, developing relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, create and implement sales strategies, and develop sales campaigns to capture market share.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the hygiene and cleaning industry.
- Negotiate and close large contracts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ensure that the team is trained on the latest industry trends, product offerings, and sales techniques.
Other Requirements:
- Driving License: A valid UAE driver’s license, with the ability to travel within the region for meetings, client visits, and business development activities.
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Atrabic
- Knowledge of Local Laws and Regulations: Understanding of the regulatory environment in the UAE, regarding health and safety standards related to hygiene and
- cleaning.
