Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent support and assistance to clients to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury product range and assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Sales Management: Handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth client communication.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and product launches to better serve client needs.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods, retail, or the HoReCa industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in English (required); additional language skills in Arabic are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with the Dubai hospitality market is a plus.
