- Assists the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality eastern mediterranean dishes in a high end casual dining setting.
- Ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
- Contributes to menu development, trains junior staff, and ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
Qualifications:
- Open to Levant nationals
- Male, 45 years old and below
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the same role from high end casual dining restaurant
- Must have Eastern Mediterranean Cuisine experience
