Production Technician - DIP 1

Reports to: Manager - Technical Support


Job Purpose:

To perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production Machineries and equipment’s according to safety, maintenance management systems to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain, repair, troubleshoot and installation of Kitchen, Bakery and pastry and equipment.
  • Monitors start up to insure a smooth transition of operations.
  • Coordinate and participate in all type of maintenance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis through Maintenance software like CMMS.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tools and equipment.
  • Observes safety and security procedures.
  • Perform the adhoc duties as assigned by Head of department.

Experience requirement:

  • Proven experience in the field of PLC controlled machinery, Bakery and kitchen (Electrical & Gas) Equipment
  • Understanding of machinery operational guidelines and procedures
  • Knowledge of CMMS maintenance software operation
  • Knowledge of repair and maintenance of Undercounter chillers and standing freezer in kitchen Production.
  • Basic Knowledge of Electrical and mechanical like motors and power distribution.
  • Ability to read and understand and manuals and electrical Diagrams
  • Positive attitude
  • Teamwork and English Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Food safety and HACCP, BRC audit guidelines and SOPs.

Skills

Qualification and Licenses requirement:

  • Vocation Training or Diploma in Technical course.
  • 1-2 years working experienced in the same field.
