We are seeking for Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role you will be responsible to build and preserve relationship with the customers for banking products and advise them on Balance Transfer and quick cash. Ensuring new business and healthy product mix is maintained keeping customer suitability at the core.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conduct all customer interactions via recorded calls, ensuring clear communication of product pricing and features.
  • Ensure the submission of all records and documents is accurate and error-free.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and communicate details to customers in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Build and sustain effective business relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure proper handover of responsibilities during absences to maintain seamless business continuity.
  • Provide ongoing market feedback on competition and recommend product enhancements to remain competitive.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities for all banking products to maximize revenue potential.
  • Follow up on customer conversions and ensure timely closures within agreed TAT, minimizing complaints.
  • Close all leads and complaints within the specified TAT, adhering to service quality (SQ) guidelines.


What You Should Have

  • Aware of banking regulatory framework, banking policies, framework and confidential standards
  • Negotiation skills, interpersonal skills
  • Drive to individually contribute for business continuity


What We Are Looking For

  • Must have bachelor's degree (in relevant field)
  • 1 plus year of experience in sales for banking segment, UAE experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products
