Sales Coordinator to lead our efforts in commercializing farm fresh produce. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, particularly in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve fruit and vegetable sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter them effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales performance.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in fruit and vegetable or related agricultural products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of farming practices and certifications (a plus).
