Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has strong customer service skills, and can drive revenue by building relationships with clients. In this role, you will promote our brand, assist customers, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting luxury products while delivering exceptional service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and relationship-building.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide expert recommendations.
• Ensure the store is well-presented, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using the store’s POS system.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales in perfumes or cosmetics is A Must.
• Education: A high school diploma or higher, or a business/marketing degree, is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Fluency in English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
