We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth office functions. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with various office tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.

 

Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.

 

Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries.

 

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.

 

Assist with data entry and maintaining databases.

 

Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation.

 

Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

 

Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

 

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

 

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.

 

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

 

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

High school diploma required; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
