Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of digital channels, and a proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for driving our digital marketing strategy, improving online visibility, and engaging with our target audience through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and paid ads (PPC).
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization for websites and content.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with the brand voice and audience engagement.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across digital platforms.
  • Monitor trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the industry curve.
  • Execute A/B testing to optimize website and landing page performance.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and analysis of results.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms’ insights tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms or CMS like Shopify, WordPress, etc.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for editing landing pages and emails.
