• Coordinating with shipping companies and relevant government authorities.
• Resolving issues related to customs clearance or shipping delays.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in customs laws and trade agreements.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners.

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and shipping, particularly in the Jebel Ali area.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE customs systems and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
