The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of fit-out and joinery projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in fit-out and joinery, with proven experience managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all production activities from inception to delivery, ensuring that schedules are met and projects are completed on time.
• Supervise and guide the technical aspects of site installations, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
• Work closely with clients to provide technical solutions and ensure project satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of workers’ time and project materials.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the Gulf region, overseeing the site installation of high-end interior fit-outs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills to guide joinery staff on technical issues.
• Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, providing technical solutions.
• Ability to prepare production status reports and track project progress, including materials used and time management.
