Key Responsibilities:

  • Target to contact 1,000 potential clients during the first month.
  • Contact 1,000 leads from company contacts (if provided).
  • Send offers & quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Follow up daily with all leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Log every communication in the CRM system.
  • Close deals with a target of 25,000 AED in the first month.
  • Use the company LinkedIn account to connect with 15 new leads daily.
  • Search and contact 30 potential clients daily using Google and directories.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Provide daily reports on activities, leads, and conversions.
  • Ensure alignment with all company sales policies.
  • Track performance and improve sales strategy accordingly.


Skills

  • Strong sales, negotiation & communication skills
  • Confident in cold calling, emailing, and following up
  • Familiar with CRM tools and organized in tracking leads
  • Basic understanding of web design, branding & digital services
  • Active on LinkedIn and skilled in outreach
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Able to work independently on a freelance trial basis
