Branch supervisor - Supermarket
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the supermarket branch, ensuring efficient daily activities, excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and UAE labor laws.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and implement improvement strategies.
Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and productivity.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the branch.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in retail or supermarket management at least 5 years .
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and staff effectively.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
