Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Visual Effects (VFX) Artist / CGI Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and an in-depth understanding of CGI, VFX, and animation techniques. The VFX Artist will be responsible for creating stunning visual effects and high-quality computer-generated imagery (CGI) for a variety of projects, including film, television, gaming, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting VFX Artists: Support senior VFX artists with tasks such as 3D modeling, animation, compositing, and texturing.
• Learning Tools & Techniques: Get hands-on experience with industry-standard VFX software like Autodesk Maya, Blender, Nuke, and Adobe After Effects.
• Creating Assets: Assist in the creation of 3D assets, animations, and effects for various projects, including film, TV, and digital media.
• Compositing & Rendering: Help with basic compositing and rendering tasks, ensuring elements are seamlessly integrated into the final scene.
• Research and Development: Assist in researching and testing new VFX techniques, tools, or effects to improve workflow.
• Feedback and Revisions: Participate in creative review sessions, taking feedback from senior artists and making revisions accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other interns, artists, and teams across different departments to understand and contribute to the creative process.
• Learning & Growth: Continuously learn from senior team members, honing technical and artistic skills in VFX production.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Animation, Visual Effects, Computer Graphics, Film Production, or a related field.
• Software Knowledge: Basic knowledge of VFX software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Nuke, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools is a plus, but not required.
• Creative Passion: Strong interest and enthusiasm for visual effects, 3D animation, and digital art.
• Skills:
• Familiarity with 3D modeling, texturing, and compositing workflows is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in VFX and CGI.
