Job Description:
- Manage and ensure the timely execution of all orders, making sure that dishes are prepared and plated according to the restaurant’s standards while keeping track of the timing for each course.
- Inspect each dish before it leaves the kitchen to ensure it meets the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the kitchen staff and front-of-house team, ensuring smooth communication, addressing any issues, and facilitating the flow of service.
Skills
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years UAE experience in a professional kitchen preferably from an Italian or 5* restaurant, with a strong background in line cooking and a proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven leadership ability to manage kitchen staff, keep the kitchen organized, and ensure the timely and efficient execution of orders during high-pressure service times.
