Indoor Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Handle walk-in and phone-in customer inquiries, provide product recommendations based on customer needs, and manage order processing from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all meat products, cuts, and packaging options to confidently assist customers and maximize sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Work towards B2C sales targets, proactively reaching out to repeat customers, handling follow-ups, and ensuring high conversion rates from inquiries to sales.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability, proper rotation, and attractive product displays in-store to enhance the buying experience and minimize waste.

Qualifications: 

  • Open to Female Asian & Arabic Nationalities from 38 years old and below.
  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in the food, meat, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to upsell and close sales effectively.
