Job Description:
- Handle walk-in and phone-in customer inquiries, provide product recommendations based on customer needs, and manage order processing from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all meat products, cuts, and packaging options to confidently assist customers and maximize sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Work towards B2C sales targets, proactively reaching out to repeat customers, handling follow-ups, and ensuring high conversion rates from inquiries to sales.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability, proper rotation, and attractive product displays in-store to enhance the buying experience and minimize waste.
