Skills

  • Design and develop a diverse and high-quality menu focusing on seafood and rice dishes from various culinary traditions
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
  • Ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and proper food handling procedures
  • Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Control kitchen costs, minimize waste, and optimize efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the kitchen and storage areas.
